Born in New York, Dahlia El-Sayed uses painting, sculpture and collage to conjure up fictional architectural landscapes, inspired by the past and the future, composed of bold shapes and loud colours. A lot of her imagery is influenced by the busy street life and vibrant hues of Cairo.
